On the basis of inheriting the advantages of the previous generation products, the new generation GD32E235 MCU not only maintains a high cost performance ratio, but also makes more optimized adjustments in performance and cost. The main frequency has been increased to 72MHz, the range of embedded flash memory has been expanded from 16KB to 128KB, and the SRAM capacity has been increased from 4KB to 16KB. This series of upgrades enables the GD32E235 MCU to meet the storage space requirements of complex application scenarios such as communication modules, graphic displays, and wireless detectors, providing developers with more powerful hardware support.

For different application requirements, the GD32E235 series MCU provides a variety of packaging options, including LQFP48/32, QFN48/32/28, TSSOP20, and LGA20, with a total of 22 models, which can adapt to various circuit board design requirements.
