Raonsemi was founded by power semiconductor experts with over 25 years of experience. Its mission is to develop efficient power modules that are most convenient for customers to use, contributing to creating a sustainable green future.

Starting from December 2021, we have been developing efficient intelligent power modules (IPMs) and launching GPM3 and GPM2 series from 20A to 50A in 2023. We plan to launch the GPM5 series from 15A to 30A in 2024.

Raonsemi is committed to continuous technological development, expanding its business from SI based modules to SIC based modules, from power modules for household and industrial use to modules for automotive applications.
