[Job Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for the marketing and management of the company's agent product lines (IGBT, SIC, MOS, MCU, etc.);
2. Maintain original factory relationships, communicate and report on product, market, and sales situations with the original factory, and understand the dynamics of the original factory; Handle original factory relationships and obtain original factory support;
3. Product line marketing promotion, specifying, reporting, and achieving the responsible product line promotion and sales plan;
4. Based on the product characteristics of power devices, develop market promotion strategies, implement product promotion, and find target markets;
5. Integrate and coordinate internal Sales and FAE resources to drive product design win in customer projects;
6. Follow up on important target customers of the company's product line, coordinate customer public relations, and support Sales in following up on important customers.
[Job Requirements]
1. Have a good cooperation background and experience with the original factory and major customers;
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science and engineering; Familiar with the application knowledge of electronic components, electronic industry knowledge and product knowledge, promotion skills, and possess certain knowledge of marketing strategies and promotion skills;
3. More than 5 years of sales or market management experience in the semiconductor industry, familiar with markets such as home appliances, industrial control, and new energy (necessary conditions);
4. Possess a proactive work attitude and good communication and coordination skills, and have their own ideas and insights on market development strategies.
