[Job Requirements]

1. College degree or above, major in Electronic Information/Engineering, Communication, Computer related fields;

2. More than 5 years of relevant experience in the MCU microcontroller industry, with priority given to sales experience in brands such as MICROCHIP, Renesas, and Cypress;

3. Familiar with motor control, industrial applications, and related customer markets such as Dajia Electric;

4. Priority given to those with experience in developing and managing major clients;

5. Possess strong customer communication skills and certain business handling abilities, as well as a strong sense of teamwork spirit.

6. Strong learning ability, diligent and responsible in work, sincere in dealing with people, full of challenging spirit, and able to withstand pressure.
