Sales Director (Power Semiconductor)

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Participate in the formulation of the company's annual budget indicators and sales plans; (This article aims to enhance the positioning of this role in the company)

2. Responsible for the sales of the company's power semiconductor products (IGBT, IGBT modules, FRD, SIC, mosfet) and the management of the operation team. Execute and allocate sales work according to the formulated sales plan;

3. Guide the daily work of the sales team and regularly evaluate team members;

4. Regularly submit sales execution reports and provide suggestions and solutions for any issues that arise during plan execution;

5. Proficient in company products and solutions, able to independently develop customer resources, negotiate business with customers, sign contracts, and complete sales tasks;

6. Pay attention to customer order status, explore customer needs, and expand the introduction of company products;

7. Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships, establish good relationships with customer business managers, improve customer satisfaction, and accurately grasp customer information;

8. Research the market, explore channels, timely grasp the industry situation, and formulate sales plans;

[Job Requirements]

1. College degree or above, with more than 10 years of experience in marketing and sales of similar products (including more than 3 years of management experience);

2. Familiar with the development of major clients in the air conditioning, UPS, photovoltaic inverters, energy storage, frequency converters, and power supply industries;

3. Possess certain sales team management skills and communication and coordination abilities;

4. Possess independent customer development ability, public relations ability, strong business negotiation and market analysis ability, outstanding sales performance, and rich customer resources and sales channels. 5. Priority will be given to those with abundant customer resources and sales channels;

6. Possess certain market analysis and judgment abilities, agile thinking, honesty, meticulousness, and strong execution ability;

7. Strong sense of responsibility, passionate and exploratory spirit, proactive and creative;

8. Have sharp market awareness, adaptability, strong logic, and good language expression ability;

9. Possess strong enterprising spirit and pioneering spirit; Excellent negotiation ability, persuasiveness, and strong affinity.
